Terms of service

Who this is with

vibegraph.ai is operated by Raizen Labs LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

These terms cover the hosted builder at vibegraph.ai. They do not cover the open framework and specification published at vibegraph.md, which is free to use under its own license.

Your account

• You need a working email address, and you are responsible for keeping access to it. Anyone holding a valid sign-in link for your address can reach your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• An account belongs to one person. A vibegraph describes one person and the businesses that person owns or operates, and it is not a shared workspace.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you get

Both assessments, your results and your integrated reading are free. Finishing the center of your vibegraph is a one-time purchase, in two sizes: a personal unlock, and a personal plus business unlock that adds one business brand nested under you.

An unlock is permanent for the account that bought it, with unlimited edits and re-exports. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects an unlock you already own.

Payment and refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in United States dollars and include no taxes that may apply where you are.
• If an unlock is not what you wanted, write to privacy@vibegraph.ai within 14 days of buying it and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
• After a refund, the unlock ends and the paid steps lock again. Anything you already exported stays yours.

Your content stays yours

You own what you write and upload, and what the app drafts from it. Nothing here transfers ownership to us.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it through the AI features you invoke, show it back to you, and serve it to the AI tools you connect. That permission ends when you delete the content or the account.

We do not use your content to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising. The privacy policy describes exactly who processes it.

What the AI writes is a draft

The app drafts text about you and your business from what you tell it. Those drafts are a starting point, not a verdict and not advice. Read them before you use them anywhere that matters.

Nothing the app produces is legal, medical, financial, employment or investment advice. The personality instruments are self-report questionnaires and career or identity tools, not clinical or diagnostic assessments, and they should not be used to make decisions about anyone's health, hiring or treatment.

AI models get things wrong, including about you. You decide what is true before it leaves the app.

How you may not use it

• Do not upload private information about other people without their permission.
• Do not use the app to impersonate anyone, or to build a profile of a person who has not agreed to it.
• Do not attack, probe or overload the service, or try to reach another account's data.
• Do not resell, sublicense or share access to an unlock.
• Do not use the app for anything illegal where you are.

Tools you connect

You choose which AI tools may read your vibegraph, and which parts they may read. We serve exactly what you granted, read-only, and log every read for you.

What a connected tool does with what it reads is between you and that tool, under its own terms. We cannot control or recall content once a tool you authorised has read it, which is why the grants are yours to give and to revoke.

Availability

This is an early product and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and some may be withdrawn.

If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will give notice to the email on your account with enough time to export your vibegraph first. The export is plain files and does not need our software to read.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your account, which deletes your content as the privacy policy describes.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we do. The refund promise above still applies inside its 14 days.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that its output will suit any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Raizen Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is so, the limits apply only as far as that law permits, and nothing here removes a right you hold that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
